Project Take 10: Bowers & Wilkins

Firstly I wanted to share some exciting news, as I was recently welcomed in as the newest member to the Take 10 girls! Each month 10 bloggers collaborate with a brand to style an item. And the first month couldn’t have been a more exciting collaboration. Music isn’t something I talk about often on my blog, but as I’m sure many of you would agree, it is a very important part of every day living (a special shoutout to the commuters out there). Given that I always have a pair of headphones on for when I’m getting into London, I know a thing or two (okay maybe just a thing) about how a good pair of headphones makes listening to music so much more enjoyable. This pair from Bowers & Wilkins is foldable and light, so carrying it in my bag doesn’t take the space my old (and very chunky) headphones used to. And as I opted for the pair in white- they have the same in vibrant blue, red and black- I thought showing them off required a very basic palette.

I’ve been waiting for some time to get this Chicwish dress out of my wardrobe and this seemed like the perfect opportunity! The subtle rose print on black, with the added sleeves detail makes it more than just another LBD. And with a slick of red lips and nails to brighten the otherwise dark outfit, it seemed best to style the headphones in this simple but (dare I say it) quirky way with the addition of the tights! However, I might not choose this outfit for daytime London walks (because some people don’t think cat ears on tights are normal..) x
