With the British weather teasing us with some sun and a warmer temperature here and there, you can forgive me for willing the warmth to come with a pretty stripy summery dress from InLoveWithFashion! Layered under a (much warmer) cropped jumper certainly makes the dress seem more appropriate for February, though. I’m also wearing a pair of shoes from Zalando, with a slight heel and a bit of ‘androgyny’ you can’t go wrong! I’ve been looking for a pair of easy slip-ons for a while, and ever since my brogues gave way last year, my shoe-drobe has been missing a pair of brown shoes!
Having the Brighton Pier in the background, and looking like a sailor in my stripy dress, it seems fitting that I couldn’t wish to sail away more than I currently do! A heavy dose of wanderlust has recently taken over as I’ve started to think about what to get up to after I finish university – which is only a few months away.. And considering a fair few relatives are scattered across the globe, it’s safe to say I have my fingers crossed for a real spot of ‘sailing away’ before the year is out. This dress will be number one on my travels, that’s for sure! x
